These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CodeRipple, a product by Atherial Software ("we," "our," or "us"). By using CodeRipple, you agree to these Terms.

Atherial provides software development services, including custom-made software and SaaS products for broader audiences.
Users may use CodeRipple and its features but are prohibited from reproducing CodeRipple or any Atherial products without written, voiced, and video consent from Kin Leon Zinzombe.
CodeRipple charges per app. There are no subscriptions or refunds. The generated apps, templates, and outputs are fully owned by the user after payment. Users have 100% control over their app and its code.
CodeRipple does not guarantee service uptime. The quality of the output depends on the quality of the web app provided by the user.
Authentication and user data are managed using Auth.js, with data stored in an encrypted PostgreSQL database hosted by NeonDB. User data is deleted upon account termination by the user or CodeRipple.
Users may terminate their accounts at any time. CodeRipple may terminate accounts if users are found to be exploiting, manipulating, or abusing the app, such as bypassing payment mechanisms.
Abuse does not include generating multiple apps, provided each app is paid for.
Users will be notified of updates via email. Changes take effect within 24 hours of the notification.
